Winner will be determined by a random drawing on the Final Week of Each Month from all eligible entries. Winner will be notified via e-mail. Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. Acceptance of prize grants permission for Music Central Inc. to use winner's first name, initial of last name, city, state and image of prize won for purposes of advertising and promotion with no additional compensation to winner.
Prizes and Free Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, refunds, exchanges or credits.
Winner must contact Music Central via e-mail within 14 days with required information including; name, mailing address and comments.
Failure to reply within 14 days of notification will result in forfeit of prize.
Free Gift Certificates must be used to purchase in-stock merchandise. Unused Free Gift Certificates, either full or partial will be void after one (1) month (30 days) from notification date.

Contest is open to legal residents of the United States of America who reside in the continent of North America and are a minimum of 18 years old. Exclusions include, but not limited to; Alaska, Hawaii, Cuba, Canada, Mexico. Employees of Music Central, their immediate families and their spouses are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

Multiple entries will be completely deleted from our list of eligible entrants. Disputes regarding entries of the exact same e-mail address may require examination to determine the legal account holder, possible winner will be decided at the sole discretion of Music Central with no recourse from involved parties. Music Central will not accept entries that cannot be traced through a reverse DNS e-mail reply from our computer. Photocopies or reproductions of any kind of this form will not be accepted. Music Central will not be responsible for failures of any kind due to returned e-mails, broken links, IP address changes, host transfers, or any network and/or hardware related
failures. All taxes, additional shipping costs and any other expenses accrued related to give-away prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
