**Accessories:
General accessories may be returned within 15 days of purchase date for credit/exchange or refund.
**Print Music/Software:
Unopened software and undamaged sheet music may be returned within 15 days of purchase date for credit/exchange or refund.
**Harmonicas/Mouthpieces/Recorders/Reeds:
In accordance with state and federal health codes and manufacturers guidelines, these items are not eligible for credit, exchanges or refunds. Defective "mouth-blown" products must be sent directly back to the manufacturer by the customer.
**Defective Merchandise:
Merchandise said to have been shipped as defective by Music Central to our customers will be examined by Music Central management. Products deemed defective, at the sole discretion of Music Central, will be replaced by the exact same item. Music Central will pay shipping costs for qualified returns.
**Special Orders:
Special orders are not eligible for credits, exchanges or refunds. Defective items may be replaced within 30 days by the exact same item.
**Refunds/Credits/Exchanges:
Refund process will begin after eligible merchandise has been received in-store by Music Central.
Online credit card purchases processed through PayPal are subject to the terms and conditions of
PayPal.
Music Central will notify PayPal within 7 business days of all eligible refunds.
**Online Credit Card Purchases are charged immediately through VeriSign
and subject to the terms and conditions of VeriSign.
Refunds/Credits which are eligible for credit/refund through VeriSign will be processed within
7 business days.
All eligible refunds will include total price paid for shipped merchandise, plus applicable sale tax (if any), minus shipping charges (if any) accrued by Music Central.
Shipping and Handling Fees are NOT Refundable.
Order by Fax eligible refunds will be credited back to purchaser's credit card through our merchant account within
15 business days.
Order by Check/Money Order eligible refunds will be paid by company check and processed by mail and post-marked to original shipping address within
15 business days.
Blow-Out Items:
Blow-out items are not eligible for credits/exchanges or refunds. Defective "Blow-out" items must be sent directly from the customer to the manufacturer. Product warranty, if any, is defined as that which is supplied by manufacturer. Music Central implies no warranty for blow-out items. Music Central checks all blow-out items to ensure proper working condition at time of shipping.
